By placing an order with Custom Lawn Jockeys, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.

All custom JOCKEYS and personalized products are created according to the colors, logos, lettering, and design details approved by the customer before production begins.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all design details carefully. Once a design has been approved and work has begun, changes may result in additional charges and may affect the completion date.

Because custom products are made specifically for each customer, custom orders are non-refundable once the approved work has begun, except in cases where Custom Lawn Jockeys made an error or the product was damaged during shipping.

Estimated completion and delivery dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of materials, weather, shipping carriers, freight schedules, show schedules, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping and freight charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers should inspect delivered items promptly and report any visible shipping damage as soon as possible. Photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping container may be required for a damage claim.

Colors shown in photographs, digital mockups, screens, and printed materials may vary slightly from the finished product because of lighting, screen settings, paint finishes, and other factors.

Customer-supplied logos, artwork, names, or trademarks are provided with the understanding that the customer has permission to use them. Custom Lawn Jockeys is not responsible for determining ownership or licensing rights for customer-supplied artwork.

Custom Lawn Jockeys reserves the right to decline a design or order that cannot reasonably be produced, is unsafe, or requires artwork or materials we are unable to use.

Questions regarding an order should be addressed with Custom Lawn Jockeys before final design approval.
